For my former band, The Amorettes, I created this T-shirt design as part of the merchandise collection for our final tour. Taking inspiration from the enduring appeal of classic rock artwork, the design centred around a bold skull illustration, with selected song lyrics incorporated throughout to create a piece that felt closely connected to the band’s music and identity. The artwork combined digital illustration with hand-drawn elements, allowing the design to retain an organic, handmade quality while sitting confidently alongside the band’s logo. Created for the band’s final tour, the design holds a special place among my work. Its simplicity, strong visual identity and connection to a significant chapter in the band’s history have made it one of my favourite classic designs to date.
