For The Hot Damn!, I created a playful reinterpretation of the classic Snaggletooth aesthetic, transforming it into our own mischievous character, Snugglepuff. The design incorporated a chap wearing sunglasses, a dangling troll charm and a collection of quirky details, creating something that reflected the band’s playful personality and connected with our audience. the tagline ‘Everything brighter than everything else’ was used as a colourful reference.

The artwork quickly gained attention and, following contact from the Motörhead merchandise team regarding the design, the story took an unexpected turn. Rather than simply disappearing into the archives, the design was subsequently featured on the official Lemmy’s Lemporium platform—making for an officially licenced Motörhead product! and a rather memorable chapter in the history of The Hot Damn!’s merchandise!
